helpful staff great view big parking
The staff were helpful and arranged our activities. The hotel has great views you can really relax. The hotel gave a big parking area. I ordered activities from reception.

The room was spacious and warm and comfortable. It was a double shower. Breakfast had excellent choices. The hotel is definitely hard to beat.

There is a roof top area to view balloons. The lovely terrace bar is great for watching the sunset. A swimming pool is available. The restaurant has a good range of dishes.

The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty (i loved the local cheeses). Room temperature was well controlled.
It seemed like a staff member colluded with a taxi driver to overcharge me. The meter ran fast. It left me feeling a bit unsafe.

The hotel's rooftop terrace offered panoramic views during the sunrise balloon show. I loved it. My suite felt spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the decor. The on-site restaurant was very convenient, providing delicious meals throughout the day.
The bathroom required navigating a dimly lit flight of stairs.
